Misquamicut Springfest is Back for year 9!

What:    Amusements, fire juggler, music headliners perform all weekend including Dirty Deeds, John Batforf and Aztec Two-Step, local bands, over a dozen fantastic food vendors, 50 plus commercial vendors, rides, knockerball, arts and crafts, Princess Anna and Queen Elsa and much more! Admission is $8. Parking is FREE. Children under 4 are free.

Where: Misquamicut State Beach, Westerly

When: Friday, May 10th  from 5pm - 11pm; 
            Saturday, May 11th  from 11am -11pm; 
            Sunday, May 12th  from 11am - 5pm.

Who:    Hosted by the Misquamicut Business Association (MBA) and Town of Westerly

How:    Purchase General Admission tickets online at Eventbrite.com. General Admission tickets also available at the gate for $8. Kids under 4 free, free parking. Headline concerts  included in general admission. Special reserved seating also available for John Batdorf/Aztec Two-Step concert only.

Shop, Drink, Eat, and Much More
Over a dozen food vendors will be on hand to serve local festival favorites from chowder to sausage and peppers, fried dough, bacon delights, Del’s, gyros, tacos, kettle corn, candy apples, pizza and seafood dishes. It’s a virtual Food Truck Rodeo! In addition, dozens of crafters and commercial vendors will sell their wares. Home Depot will hold a workshop for children. Kids can enjoy The Magic of Larry and David, Simply Enchanted characters and face painting while adults can enjoy rides, crafts, candles, honey, shopping for handbags, t-shirts, jewelry, bamboo clothes, and housewares.

The Classic Car Show is hosted by “The Doc” on  Saturday and Sunday from11 until 3. Featuring People’s Choice awards and Best in Show Trophy with giveaways and personalities from 102.3FM The Wolf.

Non-stop Family Fun
Walk the midway of world-class rides including the Ferris Wheel, Scrambler, kiddy rides and games. Children will love Face Painting, sand art and kids music. Those over 18 can even climb a rock wall. Martial Arts demonstrations by Keifer’s, a fire dancer, Amy the mime, Queen Elsa and more await!
